from United States I got the summer special for myself and my partner and assumed, given the low price, that this course ma may be a slightly poorer relation to some of the higher green fees on the coast. I was wrong; I’m a huge lover of Faldo’s design and this is one of the best I’ve played. It tests your all round game, has stunning views and is a very interesting layout from beginning to end. I particularly enjoyed the elevated tees and would say this is not a course for the faint of heart with many uphill shots and undulating fairways. Definitely take a buggy and definitely include this in your bucket list.

from Portugal Must play golf course for avid golfers On the last day of our trip our group was very lucky to get an Easter special for Faldo course which was €72 per person including buggy compare to the usual price of €140. The course was fantastic. It is a long course so recommend playing off the yellow tee unless you are a very low handicapper. The views from the course stunning. Overall we were very impressed and will definitely be back to play the other course which is the O’Connor Jnr Course.

from United Kingdom An incredibly challenging but enjoyable course This is possibly the most challenging course I've ever played on and it's the sort of place you need to play a few times to figure out how to play it. Having said that, it was very enjoyable. The only main downside is that the people ahead of us were really slow (looking for lost balls) and it took us just short of 6 hours to get round. Not a course for poor golfers!!!!! Buggie absolutely essential.

from Portugal Not as good as last year Played last hear on O'Connor jr course and couldn't adult ANYTHING, this hear Faldo course. Course was in perfect condition and more challenging tnan O'Connor, but total visitor experiences is less then last year, little things like tokens for range balls instead of the prepared complimentary pyramids, small things but it's the difference between 4 stars and 5 stars.

from Canada Faldo Fabulous The very challenging holes combined with more straight forward holes keep even the most average player like me energized, challenged and rewarded. Good pace of play. The overall course is on an enormous piece of land so there is also a lot of landscape architecture and hole design to take in. It’s a wow!
