DO NOT PLAY this course if you like to play rounds in under 4 hours. Waited on every shot. Dom Pedro Golf think 4 hours 40 mins is acceptable for a round of golf. Too many sub standard players that should not be allowed to hold up play for the rest of the field. No one let us through and marshall was powerless.The pace of play detracted from a lovely course in good condition.

A once excellent course now in slow decline. Layout is good. Condition of greens was good but fairways and tees average. The range is in a shocking state.To be fair the green fee is not excessive and still represents value for money but it’s a long car journey or expensive ferry to get there!

We had played Faldo previously and had been very impressed so tried O’Connor this time. Unlike Faldo there are no elevation changes but we were not disappointed. Good layout and excellent condition of greens.

Having previously played Victoria we tried Millennium and enjoyed the layout and condition. Friendly staff and good range and practice putting area.Reason for 3/5 rating is that after the round it was difficult to remember all the holes. Some of the holes simply aren’t memorable.

Excellent layout particularly the back nine with stunning views.Course was in good condition but extremely tricky greens provide a stern test.Clubhouse is very nice with extensive menu and good service.Buggy’s need replaced as old and no provision for water, sand or club cleaning at side of buggy. Only water stations at 1st and 10th tees.

Course was in good condition with excellent greens - true and reasonable pace.Some very good holes with plenty of space of the tee to get driver out.Nice clubhouse and good service.Buggy’s well equipped with water, sand and club cleaner.Pace of play was ok at 4 hours for a 3 ball but should have been better marshalled as 2 ball holding up our group.

Good course but definitely not as good a layout as QDL South. Par 3s are good. Course was in excellent condition but some of the holes are too similar.Buggy’s well equipped and pace of play acceptable.

Completely over rated golf course and under whelming compared to the reviews I read prior to play. Greens are in good condition but fairways will take more time to bed in which is understandable for such a new course.Course has gimmicky holes which become tiresome. Front nine has plenty of undulation and course is in good condition but there are many better Algarve courses to play.Pace of play was unacceptable at 4.5 hours for a 3 ball. Unfortunately they set time par at 4 hours 45 mins which is frankly ridiculous on a course where buggy’s must be used.Staff are excellent and new buggy’s are well equipped.

Course condition and layout superb.Friendly staff and well organised set up. Look forward to playing it again next year.

Praia layout was challenging but spoiled by the condition of fairways which suffered from severe lack of water.The Alvor layout was very average and again fairways suffered from extreme lack of water which effected the bounce of the ball.Greens were in good condition on Praia but poor on Alvor.

Really enjoyed this challenging and varied layout with fairways and greens in good condition,Will play again next year.

One of my favourite courses with variety of holes and plenty of elevation changes. Also spectacular views and many challenging approaches

Front nine is a little boring with some silly holes - 3rd and 8th. However, the back nine is tremendous with challenging holes and spectacular holes along the beach.The club really encourage juniors with their €1 offer and I will play again next year with my two juniors. Course condition was very good.

Always in good condition but 17th tee being reconstructed so temporary tee in play. Love the back nine holes as close to beach.Challenging course with much undulation.

First nine of this course is challenging and well designed but the second nine contains some silly holes which spoil the layout - 11th, 14th and 17th. However, the 15th and 16 th holes provide a spectacular back drop.Course condition was very good.
